Calling and booking
The quickest way to get a car in is the booking page. It is open day and night, and it asks for the details the shop needs anyway: the car, what it is doing and when it started, with room for up to four photos. You get a confirmation as soon as you book.

Dropping the car off
Drop off is by 9am on the day you booked. The shop is on the east side of the city, in Cyrville, close to the St. Laurent Shopping Centre, so plenty of people leave the car and walk over to Cyrville station on Line 1. The train goes downtown one way and toward Blair the other.
Once the car has been looked at, you get a call with what it needs and the price. Nothing goes ahead until you say so.
